At-Hed came into existence in 2000 when Mr. Bajrang Waghmare realized the need for a strong guidance system for emerging businesses and job seekers. India has a lot of potential youth but they lack access to resources. Keeping this as his motivation, Mr. Bajrang initiated and accelerated his dedication to provide employment opportunities to capable youth. Moreover, he observed that there is a huge mob passionate about starting their own businesses, but lacked proper guidance and motivation. He started business growth consultation and mentoring for start-up businesses.

Post global recession in 2008-09, there was a huge employment crisis. At-Hed revamped its measures to meet the needs of such unprecedented times. Now, the At-Hed team is empowered with the newest tools to help upskill the national workforce, especially those deprived of the knowledge and skills required to acquire corporate jobs and success in businesses.

We have been operational for 20 years providing solutions to web designing, SMM, SEO, and graphics designing. With an in-depth survey of the current job and market trends, At-Hed develops curriculum that ensures skilling up students/professionals in a way to be eligible for employment and growth at any stage.
